I have been involved with SBC since 2009, and have been working for the Skipton Food Bank, which is run by our church to serve the community of Craven, since Sept 2020. I have the privilege of managing our volunteer teams at St Andrews Church Hall (where our food is received, stored and packed into parcels) and at The House where we welcome people using the food bank and distribute our parcels. I also liaise with those referring people into the food bank for support. It is great to be able to help people in our local community in this very practical way in the name of the church. I enjoy meeting the variety of people we support and along with the whole team pointing people to onward sources of help and support.

I am married to Paul and have 3 children, Tom, Isaac and Hannah. My hobbies include walking anywhere beautiful, seeing family and friends, sitting and sometimes gardening in my garden and reading.
